Ordinary threads' seam often loose the color and finish with time and continuous exposure to detergents, dust and sun rays, degrade the quality and look of the apparel. We have received the OEKO TEX 100 class 1 certification for our adherence to quality.

Our threads have high strength (790-4500 GMS), controlled stretchability, good tenacity and less shrinkage. Due to good elongation and high lubricant content, our threads seldom fray at the needle eye and the machine tension does not have to be continually adjusted. The packaging is performed with lots of care in order to ensure safe and undamaged transportation. Owing to these efforts, we have accounted a whopping sales volume of US$ 7,500,000.

All our Shinwon Fashion Felts are AZO Free form and all dyed free. No Banned chemicals and it will meet ISO 105 color fastness standards andmeet oekotex 100 class one standards. Our Shinwon Fashion Felts are approved by lot of buying offices like C&A(Mondial), GAP, Bennton, X-Oliver, Point Zero..etc..We also can supply in Soft Royal Felt in 1 mm and more thickness like 2 mm, 3mm as per customer request.

We are proudly introducing “WATER SOLUBLE FELT”. It can be placed on top of Fabric to be Embroidered and embroidery is done directly on this felt. Submerging this embroidered work into water, the felt would dissolve, Leaving just the unique 3-D hollow embroidery.

We are also introducing “HOT MELT ADHESIVE FILM (HAF 505)”. Badges are also one thing that plays a significant part in the garment industry. It can be applied on to caps, hats, clothing, accessories...etc. to build up creativity for that item. But one thing is of concern is the adhesive film to which the badges are ironed onto.
